In short: we only collect the information you choose to send us and basic technical data about your visit. We use it to reply to you and to run this website. We never sell it.

01Who we are

Dekada Digital (“Dekada”, “we”, “us”) is a web design and development studio based in Signal Village, Taguig City 1630, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for the personal data collected through this website.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

We use personal data only for the purposes below:

04Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep the website working and, with your permission, to understand how it is used.

  • Essential storage: remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask on every page. This is needed for the site to work properly.
  • Analytics cookies: help us see which pages are visited and how people find us. These are used only if you choose “Accept”.

When you first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, and you can block cookies in your browser altogether.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job:

  • Website hosting and email providers
  • Analytics providers, if you accept analytics cookies
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary
  • Government authorities, when the law requires it

Some providers may store data on servers outside the Philippines. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data receives a comparable level of protection.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer needed.

07How we protect it

We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (SSL), access limited to people who need it, and regular software updates and backups.

No website can promise perfect security. If a breach happens that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

08Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your personal data is collected and used
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Object to the processing of your data, or withdraw consent you have given
