FNG (Federal Land & Nomura Real Estate) is a joint venture between Federal Land Inc. and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., bringing Japan-inspired living to masterplanned communities in the Philippines. FNG's team designed the website, and Dekada developed it, hosts it and looks after it.

FNG had a finished design and needed a development partner to bring it to life exactly as intended. As a real estate developer, the website also had to do real sales work: present each development clearly, turn interest into booked site visits, and pass every enquiry straight to the sales team.

The goal

Every page had to match the approved design on desktop and mobile, while forms, chat and bookings fed the sales team without extra admin.

We host the website on our own server and maintain it as FNG adds projects, news and updates.
