business websiteMet Park is a 36-hectare masterplanned community in Pasay City by the Bay, bringing together places to live, work and unwind, including a sports center. Dekada developed the Met Park website and an online booking system for its courts, so customers can reserve a court, add equipment and get confirmation in a few steps.

Met Park needed a website that presents the whole district clearly, from its developments and newsroom to its sports center. Court bookings were the harder part: four sports, several courts, hourly time slots and equipment rentals all had to work together without double bookings, and the team needed an easy way to manage it all.
“Met Park wanted customers to book a court online in minutes, without calling or messaging”
The booking flow had to be simple on a phone, show only the dates and times that are really available, and keep the sports center team in control from one dashboard.
We developed the Met Park business website and a step-by-step booking system for the sports center. Customers choose a court, pick a date and an hourly time slot, add rentals such as a scoreboard, operator, basketball, locker or sound system, then enter their details and confirm. They receive an email straight away, and the team manages every booking from the admin dashboard.

Customers choose a court, pick a date on the calendar and select an hourly slot. Only available dates and times can be selected, and the price for the chosen duration is shown before they continue.
Customers can add what they need to their court booking, from a scoreboard and scoreboard operator to a basketball, a locker or the sound system, so the venue is ready when they arrive.
The team sees every booking by court and date, manages schedules and rentals, and can update availability when a court is closed for maintenance or an event.
Customers receive an email as soon as they book, with the court, date, time and rentals, and further updates when a booking changes. The team is notified too.
We mapped the courts, sports, time slots, pricing and rentals with the Met Park team, and agreed how bookings should be confirmed.
We developed the business website, the booking flow, the admin dashboard and the email notifications.
We tested bookings end to end on phones and desktops, including rentals, overlapping times and emails.
We took the website and booking system live and walked the team through the dashboard.
