“The website was already built. The client needed a team to keep it secure, current and ready for every campaign”
Taking over a website someone else built means learning it properly first. We document how it works, agree how requests come in, and then become the team the client messages for anything the website needs.
We onboarded the existing website, closed the open security findings, set up backups and monitoring, and now handle the ongoing work: content updates, campaign and landing pages, form recipients, lead tracking and third-party integrations.
The client sends a request and we publish it: text and image changes, new sections, and complete campaign or landing pages built to match the existing design.
When a security test reports findings, we fix them and support the retest until they are closed. Alongside that we keep the software updated, monitored and backed up.
Every form submission is recorded and sent to the right people. When the client's team changes, we update the email recipients so enquiries never go to the wrong inbox.
We connect the website to the tools the client already uses, so enquiries, sign-ups and data flow where they need to go without manual copying.
Websites slow down as content, images and scripts are added. We check page speed regularly and tidy up after every round of changes, so the site stays quick as it grows.
The backend is our core skill. We understand how a website works behind the scenes, its code, database and server, so changes and fixes are done properly, not patched over.
Requests don't sit in a queue. Content updates and small changes are usually completed quickly, and bigger tasks get a clear timeline up front.
We respond to messages promptly, so the client always knows their request was received, who is handling it and when it will be done.
We keep page speed at a reasonable, healthy level as the website grows, checking it regularly and after every major change.
We get access, review how the website was built and document it, so nothing depends on one person's memory.
We remediate open VAPT and WAST findings, set up backups and put security monitoring in place.
Content updates, campaign pages, landing pages and recipient changes are handled as the client requests them.
We track leads from every form, connect third-party apps and recommend what to improve next.
